Purple Heart Day Ceremony

Location: Purple Heart Plaza Pavilion, 101 Market St, Henderson, NV. In 1782, General George Washington awarded the first purple hearts on August 7th to meritorious soldiers. Today is a public gathering to honor purple heart award patriot recipients.
